A leading social purpose organisation in Queensland is seeking a Youth Work Coordinator in a hybrid role, overseeing staff rosters and supporting youth workers. The successful candidate must have at least a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention, strong coordination experience, and a commitment to culturally appropriate practices. The Youth Work Coordinators primary duties will be completing the rostering and timesheets for Youth Workers within the Robina and Springwood Region (Including Family Based Care and Residential).
This role is designated as a hybrid position with in‑person attendance at the Robina and Springwood office as needed. The position is available as a full‑time permanent.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
