Job summary

Downer Group is seeking a Zero Harm Performance and Programs Manager to govern strategic Zero Harm initiatives and drive improvements in health, safety and wellbeing outcomes. You will report to the Head of Zero Harm Performance and Assurance and lead critical safety programs across the business.

You will analyse performance data, develop dashboards and communication materials, and build capability through training content.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable programs
• Advanced experience in governance, performance measurement and data interpretation
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver safety programs and behavioural change

Responsibilities

• Govern Zero Harm improvement initiatives and align programs with business outcomes.
• Analyse Zero Harm performance data and produce strategic reporting for leaders.
• Lead safety improvement programs focused on injury reduction and continuous improvement.
• Develop performance frameworks, dashboards and training content to support change.
• Collaborate with leaders, Zero Harm teams and partners to deliver solutions.
