Job summary

Lifestyle Solutions in Northam, WA is seeking a casual Therapeutic Youth Worker to support young people in care, helping them feel safe and build trust. You’ll work rotating rosters including weekends and overnights.

The role involves creating safe environments, building relationships, and contributing to individual care plans, with training provided and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with Youth or similar.
• Current driver’s license and probity clearances.
• Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights.
