Job summary

Lifestyle Solutions in Bundaberg is seeking a compassionate casual Therapeutic Youth Worker to support young people in care, helping them feel safe and capable of a positive future. You’ll join a dedicated team, work on daily routines, and contribute to individualised care plans.

Shifts include early mornings and overnights with weekend rosters; training is provided, and you’ll have access to salary packaging and benefits as part of our supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Youth Work, Child & Family, or Community Services is required or willingness to enroll.
• Current driver’s license and probity clearances are required.
• Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset are essential.
• Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights.

As a casual Therapeutic Youth Worker (Bundaberg location) with Lifestyle Solutions, you’ll support young people in care to feel safe, build trust, and believe in their futures. Currently, we are looking for candidates available to work rotating rosters including weekends and overnights shifts as below:
0600-1400
1400-2200/Sleepover shift

Roster lines vary to suit your needs! With the ability to pick up additional hours if needed.
