Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Youth Work, Child & Family, or Community Services and/or willingness to enroll in training.
• Full Australian Driver’s License, First Aid and CPR Certificate.
• NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check.
• Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights.
