Job summary

Wagners is seeking a hands-on team member at the Toowoomba concrete plant to assist in day-to-day operations and maintenance. You will help with loading/unloading, batching support, and equipment cleaning, while adhering to safety practices and site procedures.

The role is physically demanding and requires initiative and reliability. White/Blue card is desirable; pre-employment checks including Drug & Alcohol, Medical, Police Check, and references are required.

• Desirable White/Blue card.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operation and maintenance of concrete plant.
• Load/unload deliveries and assist with loading/loading.
• Operate and clean machinery; gain Loader Operations sign-off.

Job description

We are seeking to add a new team member at our Toowoomba site to assist in the operation of our busy concrete plant.

About the Role

• Competitive hourly rate plus overtime options
• Work Monday to Friday, some Saturdays with early starts
• Assist with batch and water treatment plant maintenance, operate and clean machinery
• Assist with loading and unloading of deliveries
• Become competent and signed off in Loader Operations

About you

• White/Blue card (desirable)
• Able to work unsupervised and with initiative
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role with a demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
• Must be able to pass all satisfactory pre-employment checks
