Job summary

Wagners is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the safe, efficient and compliant operation of our concrete plant at the Eva Copper Mine Site.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day production, plant staff, batching accuracy, quality control, environmental requirements, maintenance coordination and customer outcomes.

The package includes a 2:1 day shift roster (with some night shifts), flights from Brisbane or Townsville, and meals & accommodation.

Qualifications

• Mining Supervisor G1, G8 and G9 qualification, or ability to obtain.
• Previous experience in concrete plant management required, remote locations preferred.
• Experience with plant maintenance coordination, stock management and production administration.
• Must be able to pass all satisfactory pre-employment checks - including a Medical + Drug & Alcohol + Police Check

• Oversee daily concrete production, batching, ticketing and plant operations.
• Coordinate truck scheduling, workforce rostering and stock control.
