Job summary

Wagners Industrial Services Pty Ltd – Cloncurry QLD is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the safe, efficient and compliant operation of our concrete plant at the Eva Copper Mine Site. This casual/temporary role requires hands-on leadership over production, staff and quality control.

You will coordinate plant operations, ticketing, scheduling and stock control while ensuring safety, environmental compliance and optimal customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Mining Supervisor G1, G8 and G9 qualification or ability to obtain.
• Previous experience in concrete plant management required; remote locations preferred.
• Experience with plant maintenance coordination, stock management and production administration.
• Must be able to pass all satisfactory pre-employment checks including Medical, Drug & Alcohol and Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day concrete production, plant staff, batching accuracy, quality control, environmental requirements, maintenance coordination and customer outcomes.
• Lead and supervise plant employees, contractors, drivers and visitors.
• Oversee daily concrete production, batching, ticketing and plant operations.
• Coordinate truck scheduling, workforce rostering and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and Chain of Responsibility requirements.

Wagners is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the safe, efficient and compliant operation of our concrete plant at the Eva Copper Mine Site.

• Competitive Hourly Rate + Rate
• Fixed Task Contract
• 2:1 Roster on Day Shift (there may be some night shifts)
• Flights (from Brisbane or Townsville), meals & accommodation provided
• Lead and supervise plant employees, contractors, drivers and visitors
• Oversee daily concrete production, batching, ticketing and plant operations
• Coordinate truck scheduling, workforce rostering and stock control
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and Chain of Responsibility requirements
