Job summary

Wagners is seeking new production operators at our Toowoomba site to support the production of reinforcing steel used in concrete footings, slabs and structures.

The role involves cutting, bending, welding, bundling and loading steel onto trucks with on-the-job training, overtime and penalties. Full-time or casual roles are available, with Monday to Friday work and early starts. You must have unlimited rights to work in Australia; sponsorship is not offered.

• Must pass satisfactory pre-employment checks (Drug & Alcohol, Medical, Police Check, References).

About the Role

• $30.15 to 34.46 per hour (depending on exp) hourly rate plus overtime plus penalties
• Fulltime or Casual (with additional Casual loading 25%)
• Work Monday to Friday with early starts
• Cutting, bending, welding, bundling and loading steel onto trucks
• Customer service, Stores and Warehousing tasks

• Experience with hand tools or welding desirable
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role
• Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
• Must be able to pass all satisfactory pre-employment checks
