Job summary

Wagners in Caboolture is seeking an experienced Concrete Allocator to manage day-to-day operations of our concrete plant. You will oversee scheduling, planning and execution of plant activities, while liaising with internal teams and suppliers to keep the line moving smoothly.

This role demands strong communication, multi-tasking, and a commitment to safety. You will coordinate fleet and consumables logistics, minimise downtime, and ensure adherence to pre-employment checks and site safety

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Concrete Allocator to join our Caboolture production plant. You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of our concrete plant.

About the Role

• Monday to Friday (plus some Saturdays)
• Oversee and lead the scheduling and planning for concrete plant operations
• Handling orders and queries and placing/following up orders by communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate and plan for logistics of the fleet and consumables
• Work to minimise downtime, optimise performance whilst maintaining a high safety standard on site

About you

• Experienced communicator - both in writing and verbally
• Born multi-tasker - this is a fast paced ever changing workplace and you'll need the thrive as part of a team as well as alone, and be able to handle conflicting priorities
• Skilful scheduler - efficient at equipment rostering, planning and logistics
• Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
• Must be able to pass all satisfactory pre-employment checks - included Medical + Drug &Alcohol & Police Check
