Job summary

Wagners is seeking a hands-on team member at the Toowoomba concrete plant to assist in day-to-day operations and maintenance. You will help with loading/unloading, batching support, and equipment cleaning, while adhering to safety practices and site procedures.

The role is physically demanding and requires initiative and reliability. White/Blue card is desirable; pre-employment checks including Drug & Alcohol, Medical, Police Check, and references are required.

Qualifications

• Physically demanding role requiring initiative and reliability.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment checks including Drug & Alcohol, Medical, Police Check, and two references.
• Desirable White/Blue card.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operation and maintenance of concrete plant.
• Load/unload deliveries and assist with loading/loading.
• Operate and clean machinery; gain Loader Operations sign-off.
