- Degree qualified with proven hospital sales and territory management experience in medical devices.
- Strong relationships and drive for commercial growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and clinical education skills.
- Ability to explain scientific and medical concepts; highly organized with problem-solving.
- Collaborative team player who can work independently in field-based role.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth of the Wound Closure portfolio across Western Sydney & Nepean.
- Partner with surgeons, clinical teams, procurement, and hospital leaders to deliver innovative solutions.
- Deliver clinical education, training, and on-site product support to customers.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to influence uptake of new products.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and commercial teams to create value and maintain loyalty.
