You will partner with surgeons, clinical teams, procurement stakeholders, and hospital leaders to deliver innovative healthcare solutions and support product adoption to improve patient outcomes.

• Hospital sales experience required.
• Experience in medical devices and driving product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of the Wound Closure portfolio by achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and identifying new business opportunities across key healthcare accounts.
• Build trusted partnerships with surgeons, nursing teams, procurement stakeholders, and hospital leaders to drive product adoption and long-term customer loyalty.
• Deliver clinical education, training, and on-site support that improves healthcare outcomes and promotes the safe, effective use of J&J products.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans, leveraging customer insights to influence decision-making and accelerate uptake of new products and solutions.
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, and commercial teams to provide exceptional customer experiences, deliver value-added solutions, and support business growth.
