Aston Advantage in Dubbo, NSW is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to lead a team of technicians and apprentices in maintaining a modern fleet of earthmoving equipment. You will oversee servicing, repairs, rebuilds and daily workshop operations, driving safety, quality and productivity.

Candidates should bring heavy diesel trade qualifications and proven workshop leadership, with strong knowledge of Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi machines.

• Heavy Diesel trade qualified with workshop leadership experience.
• Strong earthmoving equipment knowledge across major brands.
• Ability to mentor staff and drive workshop performance.
