Job summary

Aston Advantage is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to lead a team of technicians and apprentices at a busy Dubbo workshop, overseeing servicing, repairs, rebuilds and daily operations for a modern fleet of Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi earthmoving equipment. Heavy Diesel trade qualified with workshop leadership experience is required.

You will mentor staff, support diagnostics, drive performance, manage safety, and ensure efficient workshop outcomes, with a Monday–Friday roster and optional

• Trade qualified in Heavy Diesel
• Previous workshop leadership experience
• Strong earthmoving equipment knowledge
• Ability to mentor staff and drive performance

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians and apprentices in a busy workshop.
• Oversee servicing, repairs, rebuilds and daily workshop operations for modern earthmoving fleet (Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi).
• Support diagnostics, mentor staff and drive workshop performance while ensuring safety and efficiency.
