Job summary

Aston Advantage in Dubbo, NSW is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to lead a team of technicians and apprentices in maintaining a modern fleet of earthmoving equipment. You will oversee servicing, repairs, rebuilds and daily workshop operations, driving safety, quality and productivity.

Candidates should bring heavy diesel trade qualifications and proven workshop leadership, with strong knowledge of Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi machines.

• Ability to mentor staff and drive workshop performance.

Opportunity: Lead a team of technicians and apprentices maintaining a modern fleet of Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi earthmoving equipment, overseeing servicing, repairs, rebuilds, and daily workshop operations.

Experience: Heavy Diesel trade qualified with previous workshop leadership experience, strong earthmoving equipment knowledge, and the ability to support diagnostics, mentor staff, and drive workshop performance.
