Job summary

Linde operates a key LPG transport and logistics network in Australia, seeking a skilled Workshop Supervisor to lead daily maintenance activities and optimise fleet performance. You will mentor workshop staff, ensure safety compliance, and drive efficiency improvements across servicing and repairs.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, hands-on maintenance expertise, and a focus on documentation, scheduling, and stakeholder collaboration to minimise downtime and costs.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification as a Heavy Vehicle or Heavy Diesel Mechanic.
• Strong experience in fleet, heavy vehicle, or diesel maintenance environments.
• Proven leadership and team supervision skills.
• Sound knowledge of safety, compliance, and maintenance documentation requirements.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong computer literacy and experience using maintenance management systems.

We offer an hourly rate $40-$55 per hour plus allowances based on vehicle type.
