• Experience in a management position within a workshop environment with heavy machinery.
• Strong leadership, communication and motivational skills.
• Financial management including budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Direct all workshop operations to run efficiently.
• Ensure top-tier service for the customer base.
• Meet KPI targets for productivity, efficiency, WIP and billing.
• Lead, coach and develop the workshop team.
• Provide leadership and training to service staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve maintenance and service levels.
• Deliver expert service and support to customers and partners.
• Foster a culture of safety, innovation and continuous improvement.
