Job summary

Motorfocus Autobody in Melbourne is seeking a Workshop Operations Supervisor to oversee daily workshop activities from vehicle arrival to completion, coordinating repair workflows and allocating jobs across trades. You will monitor progress, ensure quality checks, and lead efforts to minimise downtime and improve efficiency.

• Identify bottlenecks, minimise downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate parts availability, supplier communication, and repair scheduling.
• Manage rework and resolve repair issues.
• Ensure the workshop remains organised, clean, safe, and compliant with workplace requirements.

• Track job progress and provide updates on delays, parts, and completion dates.
