CMR Automotive in Sydney is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller/Supervisor/Manager to own the day-to-day flow of our workshop and lead a skilled technician team.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in the daily operation of the workshop, including:

• Managing and allocating jobs across the technician team

• Planning daily workflow and monitoring workshop capacity

About You

You may already be a Workshop Controller, Workshop Supervisor, Foreman or Workshop Manager — or you might be a highly experienced Senior/Master Technician ready to move into workshop leadership.
