Job summary

Sandvik Mining in Heatherbrae NSW is seeking a Workshop Job Administrator to keep service operations running smoothly. You will manage work in progress, data entry, orders, estimates and a range of admin tasks to support workshop workflows.

The role requires proficient Microsoft Office, familiarity with Aurora and Maximo or similar ERP systems, and excellent time management. A customer-focused approach and ability to work unsupervised are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiar with Aurora and/or Maximo or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent time management and highly organized.
• Workshop experience is beneficial and welcome.

Responsibilities

• Follow Sandvik’s safety policies and support the Zero Harm vision.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality in all work.
• Coordinate all warranty claims.
• Process repairs and maintenance jobs.
• Create job estimates / quotes and schedules.
• Create and send order acceptance/acknowledgement.
• Adhere to Work in Progress (WIP) processes for the workshop.
• Liaise with Accounts Receivable and Finance on customer credit issues.
• Provide administrative support to the workshop.
