Job summary

First Contact is seeking an experienced Workplace Services Team Leader to oversee the client campus operations in Macquarie Park. You will manage reception, meeting rooms, hospitality, events, learning centre, mailroom and loading dock, reporting to the Assistant Manager.

The role emphasizes daily operations, people development and delivering outstanding workplace experiences with a Monday–Friday roster and a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Two years' leadership experience in customer service, hospitality or workplace services.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a high-performing workplace services team.
• Coordinate daily operations, workflows and service delivery.
• Create exceptional experiences for employees, visitors and stakeholders.
• Support team briefings, onboarding and training.
• Resolve operational issues while maintaining high service standards.
• Build strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve workplace services and processes.
