First Contact is seeking an experienced Workplace Services Team Leader to oversee the daily operation of our client's campus in Macquarie Park. You will lead a dynamic team across reception, meeting rooms, hospitality, events, learning centre, mailroom and loading dock.

You will be responsible for coaching, coordinating workflows, delivering exceptional workplace experiences and building strong client relationships to continuously improve services.
