Job summary

First Contact in Australia is seeking an experienced Workplace Services Team Leader to oversee the daily operation of our client's campus in Macquarie Park. You will lead a hands-on team across reception, meetings, hospitality, events, learning centre, mailroom and loading dock, reporting to the Assistant Manager.

The role rewards proactive leadership, people development and delivering exceptional workplace experiences, with a Monday–Friday roster and competitive salary.

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience in a leadership role within customer service, hospitality or workplace services.
• A confident, approachable and hands-on leadership style.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for supporting people and delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a high-performing workplace services team.
• Coordinate daily operations, workflows and service delivery.
• Create exceptional experiences for employees, visitors and stakeholders.
• Support team briefings, onboarding and training.
• Resolve operational issues while maintaining high service standards.
• Build strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve workplace services and processes.
