First Contact is seeking a Concierge Lead to delight clients in premium office environments across Sydney. You will lead a team of service experts, build strong relationships with partners, and ensure concierge services, branding, and property presentations meet premium standards.

You will identify partnerships, drive change, deliver engaging events, oversee daily operations, and collaborate with the property team to understand client requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role in an office, hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and build rapport.
• Meticulous attention to detail, following processes, and closing the loop.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with building customer partners.
• Ensure concierge services, branding, marketing, and property presentations meet premium standards.
• Identify partnerships that benefit customers and promote services.
• Lead and train service experts to anticipate needs and leave lasting impressions.
• Deliver engaging customer events throughout the year to foster community.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of customer service standards and concierge services.
