Job summary

Perth Airport Pty Ltd is seeking a Workplace Operations Manager to oversee planning, coordination and management of workplace environments. You will ensure safety, efficiency and compliance while supporting a growing workforce across multiple sites.

You will lead accommodation planning, relocations and improvement initiatives, manage services and governance, and collaborate with contractors to deliver projects that enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in workplace operations, facilities management or office management.
• Strong ability to coordinate space planning, relocations and fit-outs.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace accommodation planning and space utilisation across sites.
• Coordinate office fit-outs, relocations, refurbishments and enhancements.
• Manage workplace services including maintenance, amenities, furniture and facilities.
• Monitor occupancy, headcount and workplace data for planning and growth.
• Support leaders and staff through change initiatives and relocations.
• Manage contractors, consultants and service providers for projects.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, budgets, reporting and governance.
• Ensure safety, accessibility, compliance and business continuity.
