Job summary

Perth Airport is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead planning, scheduling and delivery of major infrastructure and construction projects in Western Australia. You will drive scope definition, stakeholder engagement and governance, ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Join a 24/7 operation delivering a multi-billion dollar program, with responsibilities spanning budgets, forecasts, reporting and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline.
• More than five years of relevant project or construction management experience.
• Experience managing contracts and commercial arrangements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of project activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and in line with agreed project objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, deliverables and milestones that align with Perth Airport's project management framework and business priorities.
• Coordinate project scope definition, requirements gathering and stakeholder consultation to establish clear project outcomes and success measures.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants and governance groups to support successful project delivery.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies and changes, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating matters where required.
• Manage project resources, budgets and expenditure, providing accurate forecasting, reporting and recommendations to support decision making.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations and status updates that clearly communicate progress, risks and project performance.
• Support project closeout, transition and continuous improvement activities, including lessons learned, audits and handover to operational teams.
