We are delivering a $5 billion infrastructure program to transform the airport, including new and expanded terminals, a parallel runway, multi-storey car parks and our first on site hotel. This investment will deliver a single, integrated airport precinct and a world class passenger experience. Beyond aviation, the Perth Airport estate spans more than 2,100 hectares and supports a $1.5 billion portfolio of industrial and commercial assets, with significant opportunities for future development.

We are looking for a proactive and professional Executive Assistant to support our Chief Property Officer. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to operate at the heart of the business, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to critical projects and executive priorities.

About the role

Maintain document and records management systems, oversee administrative processes, and support office efficiency. Provide financial administration support, including purchase orders, invoice processing, accruals, and budget tracking. Collaborate on special projects, business initiatives and process improvement efforts across the executive office. Act as a key liaison across teams and departments, fostering strong internal and external relationships. Represent the executive office with a high level of integrity, professionalism, and service excellence.

About you

Extensive experience supporting senior and executive leaders, complemented by relevant tertiary qualifications such as a Certificate IV in Business Administration (or equivalent). Strong commercial acumen, with a sound understanding of business fundamentals, particularly within property, leasing, or related sectors. Highly proficient across the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in document formatting, presentation development, and digital collaboration tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective and professional engagement with stakeholders at all levels. You possess excellent organisational and planning capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment. Adaptable with a solution focused mindset able to shift priorities while maintaining high quality outcomes.
