Job summary

Perth Airport is Australia’s Western Hub delivering a multi‑billion infrastructure program to transform the airport. We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager to lead planning and delivery of infrastructure, construction and commercial projects, coordinating scope, schedule, budget and quality with internal stakeholders, contractors and consultants.

You will develop project plans, monitor risks, manage resources and reporting, and ensure governance and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Strong project management capability across planning, scheduling, cost management, resource allocation and risk management.
• Experience managing contracts and commercial arrangements, including monitoring deliverables and ensuring compliance with project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of project activities, ensuring safety, on time delivery, and budget adherence.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, deliverables and milestones.
• Coordinate scope definition, requirements gathering and stakeholder consultation.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors and governance groups.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies and changes, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Prepare project documentation, reports and status updates for progress communication.
