Job summary

JLL is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator for our Melbourne on-site team. You will be the central point of contact for workplace operations, coordinating vendor activities, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day facilities performance.

Responsibilities include maintaining conference spaces, resolving service issues, and supporting health, safety and environmental deliverables. You will partner with facility services, technical support and management to create a safe,

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities-related services or workplace management.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and building management teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Professional communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
• A natural people person who creates experiences beyond expectations.
• Flexible, positive attitude with shifting priorities.
• Experience identifying and implementing facility-related improvements on site.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental initiatives and English language proficiency where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain conference rooms: scheduling, setup, welcoming space.
• Manage inventory for technical, office, and pantry supplies.
• Resolve day-to-day building service issues incl. janitorial, mailroom, copier.
• Coordinate and schedule office and building activities.
• Partner with facility services, technical support, and management.
• Conduct weekly facility walkthroughs and support HSE deliverables.
• Liaise with cleaning providers and vendor partners to ensure standards.
• Lead workplace experience initiatives and events.
