KPMG Australia is seeking a Workplace Services Coordinator in Canberra to support the daily operations of our workplace. You will cultivate relationships with staff and building management teams while ensuring maintenance, logistics and events run smoothly.

You will help manage the intake of requests, coordinate resources, and provide timely reporting to stakeholders. A fast-paced environment and a commitment to service excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
• Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Outstanding organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing demands.
• Demonstrated ability to review outcomes and provide reporting.
• Experience coordinating logistics, people and workplace activities/events.
• Consistently delivers high-quality outcomes and service.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, schedule and track the planned preventative maintenance program.
• Ensure all operational requests from customers are actioned and completed efficiently.
• Log and follow up on maintenance and cleaning requests across tenancy and common areas.
• Report on outstanding tasks and escalate items not completed within SLAs to contractors and suppliers.
• Support the Premises Recovery Plan when required.
• Monitor stock levels of consumables managed by Workplace Services.
