ISS Facility Services Australia and New Zealand is seeking a motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our in-house team on a permanent full-time basis in Balcatta. The role offers a hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH) and opportunities to support operational workforce needs across Western Australia.

Reporting to the Recruitment Operations Manager, you will handle end-to-end recruitment coordination, support hiring initiatives, and collaborate with site leaders to deliver strong hiring

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment coordination and supporting hiring initiatives.
• Ability to partner with site and operations leaders to deliver timely outcomes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and industries.
• Support high-volume hiring campaigns and manage talent pipelines.
• Source, screen and assess candidates via phone and digital channels.
• Manage interview scheduling, onboarding and compliance checks.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure timely hiring outcomes.
• Provide market insights on hiring trends and salary benchmarks.
• Respond to recruitment-related queries with a positive candidate experience.

We’re on the lookout for a motivated, detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our in-house recruitment team on a permanent full-time basis.

Based in our Balcatta office, North of the CBD - this role offers a hybrid working model (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH) and the opportunity to grow your career within a dynamic, supportive People & Culture team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Recruitment Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting operational workforce requirements across Western Australia.

This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where you’ll manage recruitment coordination end‑to‑end, support hiring initiatives, and partner closely with site and operations leaders to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes.

You may also have the opportunity to attend client sites to support high‑volume recruitment campaigns and provide frontline recruitment support.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment processes across a range of roles and industries (resources, mining, defence and more)
• Support high‑volume hiring campaigns and talent pipeline management
• Source, screen and assess candidates via phone and digital channels
• Manage interview scheduling, onboarding and compliance checks
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure timely hiring outcomes
• Provide market insights on hiring trends, competitor activity and salary benchmarks
• Respond to recruitment‑related queries and provide excellent candidate and stakeholder experience

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, resilient and people-focused, with a passion for recruitment or HR.

This role is ideal for:

• Someone with previous recruitment coordination experience, OR
• A recent HR graduate looking to build their career

You’ll also bring:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• A customer‑focused mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience in high‑volume/bulk recruitment (highly regarded)
• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment systems (desirable)
