Job summary

Green by Nature is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation of a new Workforce Management and Field Service system across Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will translate business needs into practical solutions, gather requirements, map processes and coordinate testing and data migration. This role includes travel across Australia and New Zealand to support training, go-live activities and post-launch adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting system implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of waterfall and agile project environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, data validation).
• Experience with data migration, testing and system configuration.
• Ability to support training and guide users through change.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.
• Map current and future state processes.
• Support system configuration, solution design and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate and play active role in user acceptance, integration and performance testing.
• Assist with data migration, validation and reconciliation.
• Develop user guides, training materials and process documentation alongside the training team.
• Support implementation, go-live activities and post launch adoption.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
