Job summary

Green by Nature is implementing a new Workforce Management and Field Service system across Australia and New Zealand. You will translate business needs, map processes and support configuration, reporting and testing to ensure a smooth rollout for 2,300+ employees.

You will collaborate with operational teams, IT and vendors, contribute to change management, and assist with data migration, training and go-live activities, with travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting system implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of waterfall and agile project environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with data migration, testing and system configuration.
• The confidence to support training and guide users through change.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.
• Map current and future state processes.
• Support system configuration, solution design and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate and play active role in user acceptance, integration and performance testing.
• Assist with data migration, validation and reconciliation.
• Develop user guides, training materials and process documentation alongside the training team.
• Support implementation, go live activities and post launch adoption.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
