Job summary

NTP Talent is sourcing an experienced Business Systems Analyst for a Workforce Management System implementation. You will facilitate workshops, validate requirements, and drive process improvements in a hybrid, shorter-term contract with immediate start.

You will own outcomes, identify bottlenecks, and lead enablement through training, demonstrations, and effective change management across multiple project streams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record operating as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst within enterprise software implementations or systems transformation projects.
• Domain experience with training management and workforce compliance systems (LMS, Training Needs Analysis, Contractor Management).
• Proactive ownership: self-starter who identifies gaps, consults stakeholders, recommends solutions, and drives outcomes to completion.
• Stakeholder engagement & influence: strong communication to manage multi-level stakeholders and navigate ambiguity.
• Practical problem solver: capable of leading activities independently with a pragmatic, outcomes-driven approach.

Responsibilities

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support the delivery of a Workforce Management System (WMS) implementation. Working closely with a Senior Project Manager who brings deep systems analysis expertise and business knowledge, this role will facilitate workshops, engage operational stakeholders, validate system requirements, and lead business enablement through training, demonstrations, and process improvement activities.

This opportunity requires a proactive, delivery-focused analyst who takes full ownership of outcomes rather than waiting for direction. In addition to executing core project tasks, you will actively identify operational bottlenecks, recommend pragmatic solutions, and drive progress across multiple project streams in an energetic, matrixed environment.

This is a shorter-term contract 4 months with an immediate start and hybrid work-from-home options.

Core Responsibilities

• Workshop Facilitation & Requirements Gathering: Lead stakeholder workshops and requirements discussions to capture, document, and validate complex business needs.

Experience & Skills Needed

• Proven Track Record: Solid experience operating as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst within enterprise software implementations or systems transformation projects.
• Domain Experience: Demonstrated familiarity with training management and workforce compliance systems, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), Training Needs Analysis (TNA), or Contractor Management processes.
• Proactive Ownership: A self-starter mindset—you don't wait for tasks to be assigned; you actively identify gaps, consult key stakeholders, recommend solutions, and drive outcomes to completion.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build immediate credibility, manage multi-level stakeholders, and navigate through ambiguity.
