IRT Kangara Waters (ACT) is seeking a part-time Workforce Planner (24 hours per week) to forecast staffing needs and analyze workforce data. You will collaborate with departments to improve operational efficiency and support organizational goals. The role is on-site, with shifts Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, between 10am and 7:30pm.
The successful candidate will have rostering experience, HR qualifications, and strong MS Office/HRIS skills. Payroll or TAE qualifications are desirable.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Workforce Planner to join our team at IRT Kangara Waters (ACT) on a part-time basis (24 hours per week), working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to work on-site between 10am and 7:30pm with the potential to cover leave on other days.
