Job summary

About the Role

As a Hospitality Employee at IRT, you will contribute to creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents and their families. You will be responsible for providing excellent hospitality services, ensuring meals are served with care, maintaining cleanliness in dining areas, and supporting the overall well-being of our resident.

We are currently looking for Hospitality Employees to join our team in the Illawarra, with multiple Permanent Part-Time opportunities available for the right candidates, and we will work with your availability.

Your work may include:

• Working with catering staff to assist with basic meal preparation
• Delivering and serving meals to our residents
• Interacting with residents and creating meaningful customer relationships
• Adhering to strict food safety guidelines
• Helping with various domestic duties such as cleaning of general areas

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Experience delivering hospitality (desirable)
• A big heart – an empathetic approach and strong customer service skills
• Experience in a similar role in a health or aged care setting (desirable)
• Food Safety Supervision Certification (desirable)
