Job summary

IRT Australia is seeking a Workforce Planner to forecast staffing needs, analyse workforce data, and develop rostering strategies. You will collaborate across departments to improve operational efficiency and support our organizational goals.

The role is on-site at IRT Kangara Waters (ACT), part-time (24 hours per week) with Wednesday, Thursday and Friday shifts from 10am to 7:30pm, with potential cover on leave.

Qualifications

• Previous rostering experience or similar role.
• Qualifications in business, commerce or human resources.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
• Payroll certification and training qualifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules in line with business needs.
• Assist the Workforce Coordinator to roster staff effectively.
• Publish rosters, process status changes and employment transactions using industrial instruments.
• Manage absences and assess backfill or extra shifts requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company and industry guidelines.
• Set up new staff in the systems.
