Job summary

IRT Group is seeking two Permanent Part-Time Aged Care Employees to support residents' physical and emotional wellbeing in our NSW communities. You will provide empathetic, personalised care, assisting with daily living, mobility, and participation in activities, under not-for-profit salary packaging benefits.

Ideal candidates hold Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Ageing Support (or equivalent), bring compassion and adaptability, and are ready to join a dedicated team

• Experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin your career in the aged care sector.
• Empathetic and adaptable with a passion for supporting older Australians.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living and personal needs.

We currently have two Permanent Part-Time Aged Care Employee (ACE) positions available, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts when available.

Your work may include:

• Assisting our residents with their daily living and personal needs such as eating, showering, personal hygiene, dressing, personal grooming and general mobility
• Helping with medication and simple wound dressings
• Supporting resident participation in lifestyle and social activities

• Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Ageing Supportor equivalent
• Experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin your career in the aged care sector
