Job summary

IRT Kangara Waters (ACT) is seeking a part-time Workforce Planner (24 hours per week) to forecast staffing needs and analyze workforce data. You will collaborate with departments to improve operational efficiency and support organizational goals. The role is on-site, with shifts Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, between 10am and 7:30pm.

The successful candidate will have rostering experience, HR qualifications, and strong MS Office/HRIS skills. Payroll or TAE qualifications are desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Rostering or similar role.
• Qualifications in business, commerce, human resources or equivalent.
• High level skills with Microsoft Office and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules in line with business needs.
• Assist the Workforce Coordinator to roster staff effectively.
• Publish rosters and process staff status changes and transactions.
• Assess backfill or additional shifts for planned/unplanned absences.
• Ensure compliance with company and industry guidelines.
• Set up new staff on systems.
