HR & Workforce Transformation Project Lead

THE ORGANISATION

We are partnering with an organisation seeking an experienced HR & Workforce Management Systems Transformation Lead to support the implementation of a new workforce management system. This is an initial six-month contract with an immediate start, offering the opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering a significant business transformation project.

THE ROLE

Working closely with the People & Culture team and operational stakeholders, you will take the lead on the HR and workforce management aspects of the implementation. You will be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements, navigating complex award interpretation, supporting system design decisions and ensuring the solution meets both operational and compliance requirements.

THE CRITERIA

The successful candidate will bring proven experience leading or playing a key role in HR or workforce management system implementations, coupled with strong knowledge of Australian industrial instruments, awards and enterprise agreements. You will be confident engaging with senior stakeholders, challenging existing processes and translating complex business requirements into practical system solutions.
