Job summary

genU is seeking a motivated Workforce Coordinator to support people with disability in WA. The role focuses on guiding the employment journey from recruitment through training and progression, building partnerships with families, schools, and community organisations.

You will deliver training and mentoring, monitor funding and compliance, and analyse workforce data to improve outcomes. NDIS alignment and person-centred practice are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability services or related field.
• Passion for supporting people with disability to achieve meaningful employment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across teams and community.
• Experience coordinating workforce activities such as recruitment, onboarding and training.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills with compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate the employment journey of people with disability, from recruitment and onboarding through training and progression.
• Build relationships with employees, families, schools, and referral partners to create opportunities.
• Deliver training, mentoring, and workplace support to empower goals.
• Monitor funding and compliance to align with NDIS and supported employment requirements.
• Analyse workforce data, prepare reports, and contribute to improvement initiatives.
