Job summary

genU is seeking an Employment Pathways Coach in Geelong to support people with disability on their journey toward meaningful employment. You will deliver tailored supports, assess needs, and help participants secure and maintain employment, both one-on-one and in small groups.

Reporting to the relevant leader, you’ll focus on person-centred practice, empowerment, and social inclusion while aligning with genU’s values and goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored supports to help participants gain work readiness.
• Develop and review individual discovery and employment plans with participants.
• Provide mentoring, coaching and support during volunteering and paid work.
• Build relationships with local employers to create pathways.
• Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks.
