Job summary

Health & Injury Management Solutions Pty Ltd, Bella Vista NSW, is seeking a resourceful person for a permanent part-time role in our claims management team.

You will work with specialists and clients across Australia, handling workers' compensation claims, administration, data entry, drafting letters, and attending meetings on or off-site.

Experience in workers' compensation and strong typing, communication and teamwork are essential; hybrid work is possible after probation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing workers' compensation claims.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Accurate typing and data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Team collaboration across Australia.

Responsibilities

• Work with specialists and clients in an integrated model.
• Manage workers' compensation claims and handle general admin.
• Data entry of decisions, invoices and correspondence.
• Prepare letters, estimates and contact notes.
• Attend client meetings both on-site and off-site.
• Support new client consulting projects and team meetings.
