Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Workers Compensation Claims Management within NSW.
• Strong understanding of NSW Workers Compensation legislation, SIRA and iCare guidelines.
• Experience managing complex and litigated claims.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers compensation claims in accordance with NSW legislation, SIRA and iCare requirements.
• Ensure compliance with claims management frameworks and processes.
• Provide guidance and peer support to team members.
• Manage claims across self-insurance, self-administered and TMF frameworks.
• Handle complex and difficult claims, including work injury, tail claims and legal matters.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively resolve enquiries, disputes and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and outcomes-focused claims management.
