You will coordinate medical care, manage return-to-work programs, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with providers, employees and management.

The role emphasizes clear communication, prioritisation of caseloads, and thorough attention to detail as part of our ISB team delivering service to insurers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Nursing or related field desirable.
• Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims for injured workers.
• Coordinate medical care and facilitate return-to-work programs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with medical providers, employees and management to promote a safe environment.
