Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Workers' Compensation Senior Case Manager to oversee all aspects of workers' compensation claims within a self-insured framework. You will coordinate medical care, manage return-to-work programs, and ensure regulatory compliance, working with providers, employees, and management to maintain a safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field is desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management, preferably in a self-insured environment.
• Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
