Job summary

Western Sydney International Airport is seeking a proactive Workday Support Analyst to manage operational support for Workday and related HR, payroll and finance processes. You will coordinate incidents, drive improvements, and collaborate with People & Culture, Payroll, Finance and external vendors to deliver effective system solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Workday users and business stakeholders in an Enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, Finance, Procurement or related enterprise business processes.
• Proven incident management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for Workday and integrated systems, including incident management, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Maintain and enhance Workday functionality across configuration, integrations, security, reporting, and data management.
• Lead releases, upgrades, testing, and enhancement initiatives while ensuring system performance and data integrity.
• Partner with People & Culture, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to deliver effective system solutions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, documentation, and training materials to support business needs and user adoption.
• Support onboarding, access management, and provisioning for external workers, ensuring a seamless user experience.
