Job summary

Western Sydney International Airport is seeking a Workday Specialist to provide functional and technical support for Workday across HR, Payroll, Finance, and related systems. You will liaise with business stakeholders and IT to ensure system stability, data integrity and user adoption while delivering continuous improvement.

You'll troubleshoot issues, manage configurations, support upgrades, testing and reporting, and assist External Airport Workers with onboarding and access provisioning to

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Workday users and business stakeholders in an Enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, Finance, Procurement or related enterprise business processes.
• Proven incident management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse business functions.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer focus and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Good understanding of security controls in a Workday environment.
• Strong skills in prioritizing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for Workday and integrated systems, including incident management, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Maintain and enhance Workday functionality across configuration, integrations, security, reporting, and data management.
• Lead releases, upgrades, testing, and enhancement initiatives while ensuring system performance and data integrity.
• Partner with People & Culture, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to deliver effective system solutions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, documentation, and training materials to support business needs and user adoption.
• Support onboarding, access management, and provisioning for external workers, ensuring a seamless user experience.
