Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport seeks an experienced Workday specialist to provide functional and technical support across HR, Payroll, Finance and related systems. You will liaise with stakeholders, manage incidents, and drive improvements while ensuring data integrity and security.

This position is responsible for providing functional and technical support for WSI's Workday platform and related HR, Payroll, Finance, and business systems. The role acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders, end users, and technology teams to ensure system stability, data integrity, user adoption, and continuous improvement of Workday processes.
The position will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, managing system configurations, supporting enhancements, coordinating testing activities, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements.
In addition, the role supports External Airport Workers by troubleshooting and resolving Workday onboarding, access, and provisioning issues, ensuring workers receive the appropriate system access efficiently and with minimal disruption to operations.
Please note - this is a maximum term position for 12 months.
